Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposit

All services require a deposit at booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late

Late arrivals over 15 minutes result in appointment cancellation.

If you’re unsure where to start, we recommend booking a Discovery Skin Consultation. It’s a complimentary 15-minute session where we assess your skin, discuss your goals, and recommend the best facial for you.

Please avoid retinoids, chemical peels, or exfoliating treatments for several days prior, and let us know about any medications or skin treatments you’re currently using.

For most clients, facials are recommended every 4–6 weeks to support healthy skin, maintain results, and address concerns as your skin changes.

Yes. Many of our facials are safe for sensitive skin and are fully customized based on your skin’s needs. Products and techniques are adjusted to ensure comfort and safety.

It’s best to allow your skin to breathe for the rest of the day when possible. If makeup is needed, we recommend using clean, lightweight products.

Yes. We offer advanced treatments such as anti-aging, brightening, acne-focused, and nano-infusion facials, all tailored to your skin goals.

No. AI skin analysis is an optional tool used to enhance personalization. Your facial can be performed with or without it, depending on your needs and preferences.
